I know next month is hurricane season and I am wondering generally speaking-how much should we brace ourselves for torrential rains that are all day? I know a little rain for an hour or two is perfect for the earth and fine for us but that may not be what August is like in Ambergris Caye?

Hurricane season Started on June 1st.

during Hurricane season our rain fall is event driven (tropical systems). In some cases it lasts a couple of days but this is not the norm. In the winter months our rain is event driven (cold fronts) same as above.
