what type of paperwork is necessary in order to bring back some of the fish we catch, to the states? thanks for any help

you are able to bring certain species of fish back with a permit from
Customs. You should email comptrollr@btl.net or cusnet@btl.net for the
paperwork. You may not bring Tarpon, bonefish or permit back - as they are
catch and release species. And my guess is the Agents would also make
it difficult to bring back snook or jewfish.

thanks Marty.......I have looked everywhere for the answer to that question!! I was about to give up. Will check with the sources you mentioned.
