What are peoples thoughts on the Seven Seas Resort? How close to "town" is it? Any advice...I am thinking of staying there...

We were in AC in May and stayed there for a week. It is very close to 'town' but far enough away that there's not a lot of 'traffic'. The rooms were very nice, with an air conditioner in the bedroom and a kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, blender, etc... The pool was the best part, it was always clean and kept up. It's located in the back of Seven Seas, so it's kind of secluded. A lot of people have said they didn't like that, but that was one thing I liked about it. They also have a roof that you can go up on and get a view of the town. There's a pier in front of it that you can go swimming off of. Gaz Cooper also has one of his dive shop offices set up there, if I'm not mistaken. Oh, and the staff of Seven Seas were great. They took care of anything we needed and were always really cool. Have a great time!!
Peace, Susan

I HIGHLY recommend Seven Seas. We just loved it. Just got back about three weeks ago. The rooms were cheerful and comfortable. The kitchens were well equiped and they had a large fridge. The view was great, and so was the location. Papi's diner sits directly behind the property. The pool is gorgeous. Most times I had it all to myself....... The staff were among the most accomodating I've found and were really fun. We thought it was great value.
