The Contractor shall construct a 49.85ft x 83.96 ft multi-purpose concrete court with roof cover to serve as a multipurpose facility for the Julian Cho Technical School of Punta Gorda, Belize at N16 13'40.2 and W88 56'08.2. As an option, the Contractor shall also construct a stage.

Las Flores Government School. Library Renovations: The renovation project will include replacing the ceiling tile (upon determining if there is any roof damage) and electrical systems to include outlets and receptacles, providing shelving and cubicles, ceiling fans, and painting interior and exterior of the building. If it determined that the roof requires repair, this will be completed prior to any renovations on the inside of the building. Initial assessment is the roof appears to be repairable. The building adjacent to the library will also requiring painting for continuity.

The project consists of new construction of a Two -Story Family Care Building. New building construction includes: site preparation, foundation, slab, and walls for a 21x33 sq ft building . It also includes provision and installation of the roof, drop ceilings, doors, windows, electrical system, plumbing and sewer systems, cabinets, partition walls, wall and floor tiles, and paint.
