Hey people. We'll be coming in Sun. Do we need to pack raincoats? I can't tell much by the satellite pictures other that it looks bad. We will be there for a couple of weeks and are hoping for SUN! You all know whats going on so much better than the news. I hope you can help me out and give me encouragement. I know it's the rainy season, but does it rain and then clear or just rain? We have had some rain at night and a couple of quick downpours during the day, but it is normally cleared in the same time it takes to down a beer!!

You'd be better off with one of those ponchos that fold up to about the size of your fist. I get them in the camping section of a sporting good store for about $3 each. They take up no room in your luggage, and fit in your pocket so you'll have them if it pours.

We took the little panchos but never used them. The quick showers are kind of refreshing!
