Finding it hard to find a long term rental of something smaller than a villa! One person on an extended visit to AC (4-6 months) needs affordable apt/housing. Very clean and responsible, in AC working and doing conservation work. Spoke with Caye Management and other recommended sources. ANY OTHER IDEAS? thanks

There are normally some rental units advertised in the San Pedro Sun but I see they don't put their classifieds on the web. You could try emailing them and ask for this weeks rentals. And I know there is a one bedroom apartment available at the Sandpiper which is pretty central to town(telephone 011 501 26 3077) for just under $500US per month.
