Does any place in Belize that serves absinthe in Belize do so in the traditional style, complete with an absinthe fountain????? I don't want just a shot....but, I enjoy the ritual with the water dripping over the sugar cube....

@ Wahoo's Lounge we serve it with a sugar rim on part of the glass.

Thanks Jean - yes, we do hope to be able to serve it that way on the Island! At this point, no one has the proper tools available yet (sugar cubes / serving glass/ variegated spoons)....

It is safe to say that any of the bars carrying it will serve it with a side of ice or ice water and sugar upon request, so you can sip and enjoy
