Keema Mutton - Minced fresh lamb with cumin, turmeric, coriander and garlic then sautéed in butter and curry
Chicken Biryani- Tender morsels of chicken in a creamy blend of onions, garlic, ginger, cumin, tomatoes and yogurt
Fish Amritshari - Boneless fish marinated in a traditional Amritsari way with eggs, yogurt and spices
Punjabi Mixed Vegetables - A blend of carrots, peas, cauliflower, onions, peppers sautéed with Indian spices
Mutter Mushroom Masala - Two different kinds of mushrooms, green peas, garlic, ginger and tomatoes
Jeera Rice - Basmati rice flavored with cumin and cumin seeds
Chapati - Whole wheat Indian flat bread
