Phew it's been couple of busy weeks here at Crave getting everything ready but that's it menu's are ready food is preped and we are now open full time season.

We will be serving food 12 - 9pm Eat in or take out

Lunch 12-3pm
Dinner 5 - 9pm ( later as the season gets busier )
Indian Aps as Bar snax All Day
Indian Delights @ Crave on Friday All day every Friday

Lunch 12 - 3pm

Island Fish cakes, with sweet chill dip and side salad (Monday)
Indian Wrap, chicken, fried egg, saut�ed vegetables in a flour tortilla *(Tuesday)
Crave Chef Salad, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, boiled eggs, cheese & your choice of chicken or fish *(Wednesday)
Beer batter fish & chips with homemade tartar *(Thursday)
Crave Club Sandwich, Layers of chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, ham and cheese served with fries and coleslaw
English Cottage Pie, made with Gallon Jug beef served with steamed veg and Gravy.*(Saturday)

Every item $15 dollars and every item gets a *$10 day as marked!!

Indian Aps as Bar Snax

Onion Bhaji, Spicy Onion Indian snack served with mint sauce $7.00
Vegetable Pakora Fresh vegetable coated with gram flour(made from Chick peas) and quickly fried served, with mint sauce$8.00
Vegetable Samosa, Mixed vegetables in a puff pastry served with mint sauce $10.00
Chicken Lollipops,Chicken wings specially prepared & seasoned with Indian spices $12.00
Papadums $2each
Available sauces, Raita, Mint sauce, Indian onion mix and Lime pickle $3each

Dinner Menu

Appetizers

Chili chicken, Boneless chicken marinated in chili sauce and Indian spices $12
Bruschetta, Ripe tomato, Fresh basil and garlic served on a crisp bread $18
Whole tail lobster, A fresh lobster tail either coconut breaded, deep fried, served with a tamarin curry dip. $25
Coconut breaded shrimp, Deep fried shrimps layered with fresh coconut flakes & served with a homemade mango sauce. $20

Entrees

Half Herb roasted chicken, with vegetables and potatoes $35
Stuff at the Ranch,A Fillet of boneless breast, stuffed with medallions of beef tenderloin, spinach & mozzarella cheese deep fried to perfection and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce.$39
Pan Fried Fish, with tomato, cilantro sauce, basmati rice and vegetables $38
Shrimp Scampi, saut�ed in olive oil, butter, garlic, white wine, served with rice and vegetables $32
Nicoise Salad, classic salad with green beans, olives, egg, potato, onion, capers and tuna $28
Seafood Treasure, A whole lobster tail served with grill shrimps and a fresh snapper fillet all topped with a garlic lemon butter sauce. $69
Butterfly Lobster, Lobster tail served with a garlic lemon butter sauce, rice and steamed veg $59
Fillet Mignon, beef tenderloin, wrapped in bacon and grilled to your taste, with a red wine beef sauce, topped with lightly battered onion rings $59
Lamb Rogan Josh, An aromatic lamb dish, marinated overnight and slow cooked with spices until tender served with Indian vegetables and basmati rice $38
Butter Chicken, Indian chicken mixed with spices including cloves, cumin, cinnamon, ginger
Coriander and fresh cream served with Indian vegetables and Basmati rice $32

The lunch special was $10 Bz and was delicious and the perfect sized portion. Our new favorite tuesday special.

And the vegetable samosas that I bought to take home were superb as ever. Also just Bz$10 for three.
