Ruby Sue,
We spent five night at Paradise Villas recently and we're very pleased. First of all the location is excellent, close to most everything so you really don't have to get a golf cart or bike if you don't want. The condos are owned by different groups, we stayed in two owned by Tradewinds and they are well maintained. We didn't have hot water the day we checked in but Emmanuel at the office took care of it right away. The pool is a very nice pool and it is kept clean. All in all we were very happy for the choice we made on accomodations.

If you have more questions you can e-mail me at [email protected]

Paradise Village/Tradewinds has been discussed a lot on these boards. I have never heard a bad word and lots of good words. I've stayed twice and loved it.

Diann-sorry for delay in responding to your question about "what I do" in Fresno. I am a CEO for a CreditUnion. Have lived here my entire life, which after weeks like this one, can seem a bit too long. Where abouts is your family in Fresno, which area?-e-mail me at [email protected]

I just came back from a 10 day stay at Paradise Villas and had some friends who stayed for 3 months there! I highly recommed it! I would ask to speak with Nelli, who own's and manages several units down there. The grounds are absolutely spectacular, and the gentelmen working the grounds are incredibly nice and accomodating. It's close to the town so you aren't inconvenienced by long trips to the stores, yet it's a private area that stays very quiet. It's great too because the all have kitchens which makes it more cost effecient. No one likes to eat out all the time, do they?? I promise, you won't be dissapointed!! Have fun!!

I'm just checking. I used to stay at the Rock's Inn which you probably know as the Blue Tang Inn. As much as I loved the place, the last time I stayed there all the noise (music) from the Dockside was quite disturbing.

I wouldn't want anyone to get me wrong. I like to party (probably more than the next guy) and it still bothered me. So what say you about the Dockside party noise? Have they toned it down?
