Are there any driver's license requirements to rent a golf cart on AC?

How about local driving practices - anything odd or unusual compared to the US or Canada?

Car rentals on the mainland - I expect just show your drivers license or your international license?

You will be required to provide a valid drivers license to rent a golf cart and you should carry your license when you are driving as we have frequent traffic check points.

Local driving practices on the island include stopping on the middle of the street and chatting while stopping the flow of traffic. People may dodge from side to side on the road while dodging puddles and pot holes.

Don't forget parking on one side of the street for 1/2 the month then the 2nd 1/2 you park on the other side of the street. That seems to be the one that gets most people. And the kids that just jump on your cart and the bikes that tag along.
