Hello, this board has been lots of help to me in researching AC and opportunities etc..
So I am coming in for a week (on sunday) to decide if I want to spend my sabbatical on the island. I am pretty dang sure I want to..but want to check things out etc...

Is there anything I see, Do, person to meet in terms of seeing the "real" ac? I would also like to check out the housing situation. I would be looking to rent a small place for 6 months to a year.

Any help/Advice would be great. I AM SO EXCITED.
