OP lovey and thurston L	I have a used 12,000 btu split unit for sale. Worked fine but we up graded. $2000 bze. Anyone interested? R.B. Mernitz

Loansum-Al K	How old is it and is there any severe rust on the exterior component? Also what brand is it? I'm happier than a pig in s__t...a foot on the sand...and a Belikin in my hand!

OP lovey and thurston L	Bottom of metal case rusted out and was replaced with wood. All in good mechanical condition otherwise. Is a TGM brand that Wally installed. Probably 4 yrs old. R.B. Mernitz
