Re. Commonwealth Citizens was, and possibly still is, different. I voted having been here less than a year but this was a few moons back. I'd be intrigued to know what the rule/law is these days. This was definately just local elections though, so it could be some local chicanery.

Those plaques are definitely uh....ugly and a complete waste of funds. I wonder if Ms. Mayor reads this board? No different than our buffoon of a mayor, Kevin Johnson, an ex NBA basketball player who still thinks he is a celebrity of some kind...Geez.

When I was reading the title of the thread, first thought it said "plagues", as in 'Mayor plagues us' or 'streets plague Mayor', after all, she hasn't much time left or much more to give.
