You may want to ask Mayor Paz; she certainly knows how to manipulate numbers very well for her own personal gain, and at the expense of others.

Wilfred Rhaburn has an accountancy firm in the building where Mickey's Restaurant is in town. He may be able to help or give you a recommendation of who to use.

You could check with Marion Usher - he is a Chartered Accountant and was (probably still is) also a US certified CPA.
