Can anyone help me out regarding the Jet Ski business that may be for sale again..Current owner lives in Canada selling after 8 months..I heard its a money loser..Thanks !

These new gringos come down here and purchase these business's with no thought in mind..The new owner has made a whopping $8,000.00 dollars on his $400,000.00 + investment..He could have put that in the bank and made $16,000.00 in interest..

Jet Skis are high maintenance and expensive investment for a low return if any return, run!

The jet ski rental bus has never been a very lucrative endeavor in San Pedro, many people have tried and failed, part pricing is through the roof and parts are difficult to get within any decent time frame, and then there is the lack of sufficiently trained maintenance personnel available in Belize. JMHO but a person would have to be mad at their money to venture into this bus.

So, not to change the subject, but, it would seem that one does not need a captains lic to run a jet ski?

And many residents abhor the noise so you don't exactly win a popularity contest going into this business . . . .
