So what is causing all this seaweed to wash up in masses on our beautiful shore? Recent articles have been mentioning that it all has to do with the current changing weather and temperature patterns.

It is anticipated that the masses of seaweeds could increase as more tropical storms are predicted for this hurricane season. Scientists say that it is possible that climate change could be indirectly responsible for the increase of this particular weed which is currently affecting many global coastlines.
