Goff Caye- What is the best way to get there from AC or CC? How far is it?

Take a tour. The Manatee tours will stop at Goffs, it will be alot cheaper from Caye Caulker. Do not go when cruise ships are in, its a tiny caye and could be standing room only as its a cruise ship destination. Its been awhile but think its about 90 minutes from Caye Caulker, not sure why thats a destination for you. It is a pretty little place but I think snorkling much better other places.
