There are about 30 of these videos. Entertaining to say the least. Now maybe people will see how obnoxious they are when speaking to their bartender.

Actually I am not, but do spend my fair share of time at a bar. I have a bartender friend that told me about these a while back. If you spend enough time sitting at a bar and just watching and listening, you find that some people have no clue about manners or how to talk to fellow human beings.

Ya well, inebriated people can be like that. But I don't understand what is wrong with expecting your "bartender" to make the drink the way you asked for it.

Its not just drunks, and its not just bars...good manners are sadly lacking in most people these days...and screw you if you don't agree wink

(For those of you in Rio Linda, that was sarcasm)

An old favorite song from my days on the planks ......

Now I'm just a bartender, and I don't like my work, but I don't mind the money at all.
I see lots of sad faces and lots of bad cases of folks with their backs to the wall.
But I need four walls around me to hold my life, to keep me from going astray,
and a honky-tonk angel to hold me tight to keep me from slipping away.

I can light up your smokes, I can laugh at your jokes,
I can watch you fall down on your knees.
I can close down this bar, I can gas up my car, I can pack up and mail in my key.
But I need four walls around me to hold my life, to keep me from going astray,
and a honky-tonk angel to hold me tight to keep me from slipping away.

Now, the smoke fills the air in this honky-tonk bar
and I'm thinking 'bout where I'd rather be.
But I burned all my bridges, I sank all my ships and I'm stranded at the edge of the sea.
But I need four walls around me to hold my life, to keep me from going astray,
and a honky-tonk angel to hold me tight to keep me from slipping away.

If you are going to survive the job of bar-tending without becoming the guy in the lyrics above, you treat it as performance art. Some acts are sarcastic, some charming, some goofy, some virtually stand-up comedy --- but the smart professionals keep their distance emotionally.
