These days it costs as little as $2,000 to spend a night in the Burj Al-Arab's Royal Suite.

Believe it or not that's a pretty good deal. A few years ago when the mega hotel opened, before Dubai and the global economy crashed, a night here cost as much as $27,000.

So what do you get in this splendid room?

Wow, I don't know if I could sleep there. All the color and busy decor would burn through my eyelids....However, I could get comfortable in the bathing room.
