there's a new bar/restaurant in Caye Caulker named 88West. You can check them out here

We were over in CC last weekend and went to 88 West for their Sunday Brunch - a $25bz "all you can eat buffet" which consisted of juices, coffee/tea, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, sausage gravy & biscuits, veggie frittata, chicken frittata, flavored yogurts, salad and three different dressings (raspberry walnut was my fave), bagels & cream cheese, about four or five different meats, smoked salmon, different cheeses, pastries, bread, jellies, fruits and more (yes... for $25bz!). They also do a mean mimosa or bloody Mary for $6bz, or you can have all you can eat and drink for $60bz. The food was amazing - prepared by Chef Dani and her team.

We recommend going over on the water taxi, or maybe a Seaduced charter and taking in the spread with a final beer at the Split - perfect Sunday!!
