My wife and I were planning to visit San Pedro for lobsterfest this year. We had our deposits paid to Capn Ron for Paradise villas. We had stayed there before and loved it very much. Our plans got changed when my wife developed abdominal blood clots that hospitalized her for ten days. Her recovery is going slowly and even if she recovered by June we did not feel comfortable traveling so far away from medical care. Capn Ron refunded our deposits and airplane monies to the island in full. He did not have to do this but his kindness is appreciated and I wanted to share it on here. I don't know if out of country travel is in our future but if it is we will stay at the Paradise Villas and we will book with Capn Ron. Enjoy a sunrise for us. keith

So sorry to hear your wife had health problems but happy to hear she is recovering. Capt Ron is a very nice guy - you are fortunate to have booked with him. Yes, his place is lovely and I urge you to consider rebooking soon. We have good doctors here on the island.
