If anyone is not using their place in December and needs a responsible renter please let me know. I am coming down as I will be retiring in the next two years and will be looking around SP for a place to live and something to do. I just want to explore a little and relax.
I have already lived in BZ in the past and have planned to retire there ever since. Been back a few times so not new to the area.

Love dogs no issue. Be prepared for me to spoil her/him.
Can you send me pics and specs on the house. I tried your site but the US Military, I am in the Army and in Afghanistan, blocks the blog sites. We have had to many soldiers telling people what they are about to do and it became a security risk.
I also noted that you are associated with a dive shop. If so I need to schedule some dives, want to hit Turneffe more, been to half moon and the blue hole. I realize that a schedule in BZ is written on a dry erase board as it changes by the minute, so we can discuss this when I get there.

Our Guest House
The Cute Little Cabana. Its Air Conditioned, however it seems to be cool enough from the sea breeze that its not really necessary. Its fully furnished. It has a new refrigerator and microwave. We would only consider renting it by the month. Its interior has a vaulted ceiling and little storage area above the deck.Kate and I built this small house for friends to visit or monthly rental. The road to town comes just up to the back and the Island ferry comes to the dock in front every other hour. The view of the reef from the deck is awesome. I'll take a photo and post it here soon. If you want to live in it your going to have to like Dogs and Birds. Oh yes the Birds, We have been kind to them with water and feeders. Wood peckers tapping, Morning Doves cooing,Chachalacka crowing, Owls hooting, Orioles whistling, Herons quocking, Humming Birds, buzzing....the place is noisy as hell.
