No. Those are not innocent things. The are the acts of ignorant fools that don't realize that they cut their own throats.

They can throw rocks at the Isrialies till the cows come home, but without the US there will be no Palistine.

This part is not something for us to get mad about. It is something to file away, to reference, the next time they want our help. We won't even have long to wait.

For our side, it is good to know who one's friends are ... and arn't.

It's hard to realize that these people can hate us sooo much while they really have no clue about any of us. Their minds have been poisoned, they have grown up being taught this. Does this make the hatred alright, just because they know nothing else? No, we have the choice to decide what we think about others. Even if their leaders teach them how bad we are, they still have a mind and soul to decide on their own. Maybe they can't openly show these feelings, but they still have a choice like all of us. I know I don't have to explain how I felt when I saw people cheering...I'm sure you all felt the same way.

Peace, Susan

Of course it doesn't make the hatred alright. I, as everyone, was sickened by the faces of Palestinian children on TV cheering our tragedy. What made me even more angry was the older woman I saw cheering with a big smile on her face and her arms up in the air. It is impossible to understand. To express outright joy at terrorism is sick. There aren't words enough to describe what we feel. But rest assured, we will be avenged. And on that day, we will take great pleasure in our victory, as it will be a victory of war, not an outright act of hatred. There is a difference. And we will mourn the innocents caught in the crossfire, we will not gleefully celebrate the end of their lives.

..."and we will mourn those innocents caught in the crossfire"

In the words of Gen. Schwartzkoff...
"and that's the difference between those bastards and us."

I do not view partying and dancing in the streets as innocent behavior. Just my point of view, but I have zero tolerance for that and it makes me almost ill to see it.

I didn't mean THEY were innocent (except maybe the young children who probably have no idea what they are cheering at). But I'm sure it will be inevitable that some number of innocent people will lose their lives in a retaliation of the magnitude it promises to be.

No matter your race, religion, or nationality...the difference between right and wrong, good and evil is as clear as the difference between night and day. How these people can cheer the slaughter of innocent people is beyond my comprehension...I know that America is hated by many abroad, but to cheer this kind of carnage??? God help ALL of us...what has this world become?

Nothing can excuse them, or their behavior at celibrating anyone's death.

Most of those folks you saw on tv .... I doubt one among them got past the third grade.

They are religious fanatics who lack the intellect and education to make judgements on any but the most superficial levels.

This would be the place where I would normally try real hard to see the other side, walk in the other guys shoes, remind myself that no one walks on water, so on and so forth. But frankly, this time, those folks dancing in the streets in celibration, well, they can kiss my ass.

What's scary is that these 'poorly educated religious fanatics' are devoted to 'dangerously intelligent' leaders that could pull something like this off.

I guess that's what I'm saying...I don't know how you can get any more simplistic than right and wrong...no matter what the intellect or grade level. And how does one call oneself religious and condone this kind of slaughter? I know, I know...religious beliefs have led to wars as far back as human history reaches...where is the tolerance that most religions preach?

I received an email this morning from a friend who said they saw on last night's news Middle Eastern students attending the University of Michigan, celebrating the attack and waving their flags. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING HERE???? I'm am trying hard to contain my anger, but these kinds of behavior should result in deportation. Or as my friend so eloquently put it: "I think our next road trip should be to ride up there, kick their asses, then escort them out of the
country. Maybe set them adrift in shark infested waters on surf boards somewhere in Florida and tell them to swim the f*** home. Assholes."
