bobcat bill does not control mini chat. anyone can post there anytime. He likes to post the weather there, which is very cool! but anyone can post there, and he doesn't "run it" or anything.... nope, he does not control. he just talks to himself 23 hours a day and the other hour Ernie harrasses him

Excellent, unimpeachable sources tell me you have engineered an alarm to sound when someone posts in mini, so you will not miss it, regardless of the time. That's how you sleep - between sirens.
