OJackieo-we must have the same taste. I was going to reccommend both of those tours with the same people. The beach bbq is great and Roque and Jerry are a riot. It is one of the best meals you will have down there. The catamaran is just tons of fun-probably my favorite trip on the island. You might also want to check out the Winnie Estelle.

This might not belong on this board but-On second thought OJackieo-I think we may have met. Were you in SP during August 10-18? My family met a lady there who was named Jackie and who had gone on both of these tours and raved about them. Just wondering if you are the same one.

Uh oh, Jackie...you've been found out! Yeah, she was there, hanging out with the Pirate and his motley crew!
Ditto on the fishing/Beach BBQ/snorkel trip with Jerry and Roque. A full day of some great fishing and snorkeling away from the crowds, and the beach BBQ will be one of the best meals of your life! (We couldn't eat dinner that night!) We caught barracuda, snapper, grouper, jacks, and then Jerry took me snorkeling for lobsters! Then went to the beach up by Basil Jones and ate it all up!

Catamaran with Steven and Ralph at Hustler was a blast, too! Prepare your liver and take an underwater camera. The meal at Caye Caulker was excellent and cheap! Be warned though, too much rum punch, and you're prone to karaoke at the Jaguar Paw!

My best day in Belize was spent with the wonderful people from SEArious Adventures. Willie and Russell took us out for the Manatee/snorkeling tour. I loved every minute of that day - the boat ride, the snorkeling, the fabulous lunch, stopping at Caye Caulker, arriving back home at sunset. I remember saying to one of my traveling friends "I liked Belize from day one, but this... this is truly incredible."

I thought Lamanai was great - long day, but well worth it. Saw jungle, ruins, an awesome ride through the mangroves. Learned a lot too. Never heard of beach bbq with Sol Caribe. Where does the boatleave from?

Lamanai with Daniel Nunez of Tanisha, cave tubing at Jaguar Paw, and visiting the outer cayes, i.e. Sargeant's Caye, with Excalibur Tours.
