Everyone should keep an extra eye on your boats during this weather. If you have Security Guards, post them at the dock, Lock up your boats at night. The thieves are taking advantage of this kind of bad weather to grab boats.

The boat that was stolen the other night had not employed it's security features. It is fine to have a boat lift - but it has to be used, or extra chain and padlock to the dock might have slowed them down a little. A security guard on a neighbouring property flashed a flash light on the thieves to show them that they were spotted and they just kept diligently working until they had the boat up and running and took off. The guard couldn't do much. Not his job, not his property - no back up. How many things are wrong with this picture????

With security on site there, security at the Bowen's, security at the Palms and security at TMM... We're asking the same question.

Simple. You usually hear that the secutity guards are the ones who told the thiefs when to come! Look at the guy I just laid off for theft... former security.

Cheers,
Carlos
