Has anyone traveled north of Mata Chica and Portofino on the ROAD
Is it passable for a golf cart or is it completely under water now by several feet with all the rain ! Need to travel north can it be done now.

I did almost every day but as of late I've given it up because of the mud holes and water and I travel with a mountain bike.
Forget it in a golf cart. The road gets bad at Journeys end and impossible when you get North of Mata Chica.
