This is a shout out / request to anyone who enjoys Heineken on the Island of AC: If you are interested in recycling the small green bottles, I would love to take them off your hands smile

Thank you!

No plans to sell overproof rum, although I think the red and green top bottles are more toxic than overproof (and could be labeled as lighter fluid) LOL

I use the small bottles for samples and special requests. While the clear smirnhoff (I have been very fortunate to find sources for these) usually work ok, the green bottles protect the products. For example, the herbs in the green fairy are sensitive to light (Brown Green Fairy is not so appetizing).

Along the lines of recycling, I really do wish we could find more uses for all glass bottles (like landscaping or glass art). Wonder if they could be used as fill?

Here's some really great information I found today on cutting bottles. I brought 'bottle cutters' down last time, but it appears that a wet tile saw is the best way to go!

And here are some beautiful ways to think about using whole (or cut) bottles.

And I would SO LOVE to find these bottles. What a FANTASTIC idea. Hope they'll think about bringing this design to market!
