San Pedro Sailing Club at Costa Maya

San Pedro Junior Sailors prepare on Saturday mornings for their next regatta.

Having returned from St George's Caye with the trophy but no other medals, the young skippers of San Pedro Town seek the improvements that will secure more places in the winners' circle at the next regatta. It will be held at Consejo on October 13.

To meet travel expenses, training will be delayed this Saturday by the yard sale mentioned above. There will be Iced Coffees and Brownies. BBQ will start about noon. They are still collecting gently used sell-able items, donations can be dropped off at Asian Gardens .

I have already donated BZ $400 to San Pedro Sailing Club and I don't live there. I urge all people in a position to do so, to donate to this worthy cause. You can arrange to do this if you just own property and have a management company. I was not able to get to Belize this year but requested my management group give checks to my chosen charities instead of sending the proceeds to me. Why Not? I love this country an will probably retire here. I need no profit now.
