This morning the BTL guys showed up and did something different to my router and service ID number.
They tec talked over my head about preparing me for new 4 gig service. Any of you guys know what is going on?

What I do know is that about 5 months ago we discovered that there was no possibility of getting any new hard-line phones to the north. Capacity filled, no pleading or whining changed anything. They said sometime in the next few months there might be an upgrade in equipment/capacity ....... this would seem to be that upgrade. Sounds ok - not sure what 4 G is like versus the former incarnation. We're still grateful to just have tin cans and strings.
