Winds: North 10 - 20 knots, becoming gusty near heavy showers. Marine Forecast: Today: Winds: North 10-20 kt., seas: Moderate; waves: 4-6 ft.; a few showers and isolated thunderstorms (mainly south). Outlook: Thursday night:- winds: NW 5-15 kt.; seas:Choppy; waves: 3-5 ft.; isolated showers.

Tropical Weather Outlook: Tropical Storm Sandy was located near latitude 16.3N and longitude 77.0W or about 120mls south of Kingston, Jamaica. Sandy was moving toward the North at 10mph and had maximum sustained winds of 70mph. Tropical Storm Tony was centered near latitude 27.4N and longitude 47.9W or about 1415mls WSW of the Azores. Tony was moving toward the ENE at 16mph with maximum sustained winds of 45mph.
