Well, if AA cooperates (& doesn't cancel flights) and god willing, I will be visiting AC for the second time this year in December. Anyone going to be there then? Let's meet over a Belikin!

Laurie, it's not so much career as it is priorities. I'll be homeless at age 70 because I spent all my money on travel! I think the travel prize goes to Becky this year though.

Becky, I'm sorry that you won't be able to get your AC fix this Month. Just save up your $$s and energy for next year and go for it - it will be an E-Ticket ride! ;-)

I'll be in AC on dec. 7, only for 3 nights. Continental had a crazy sale Dallas to Belize Round Trip for $148 and i couldn't pass it up. What a better way to spend the weekend. I've never been to Ambergris and was wondering if there is any decent nightlife/singles scene there.

Well, AA is at it again. They've cancelled a third flight I was on from DFW to SJC. I gave up and will now spend the night in Dallas. This at least takes the worry out of clearing customs and high tailing it to catch a connecting flight. My only other option was to fly from BZE to MIA to DFW to SJC in order to make the trip in one day. That was clearly not an option for me!

Cornellboy - sounds like you had an offer you couldn't refuse! You will find suitable nightlife if you visit AC. For that short of time - stay in or near town.
