Back on Ambergris for another anniversary. Last year we did a sunset cruise and then dinner at Wild Mangos. Just realized the carnival will be going on in town the night of our anniversary. Not sure I want to be in town.

What are your suggestions south of town for a nice dinner? And any suggestions on a laid back sort of excursion for this day?

I realize this is a wide open sort of question.
