The Mayor is not on the Island, We are trying to arrange a meeting with the Deputy Mayor.

Larry - Are you here on the island? The reason I ask is that your terminology would be correct other places - and maybe I just misunderstand - but take Reef Village for instance. I call that a development - built and sold condos. Never finished etc.

The bullydozer was at it again today, taking out old growth shrubbery and fencing

Will someone get these bunch of goons from the town board demolition squad the F%$# outta Tres Cocos?
They have already turned our neighborhood into a dust bowl wasteland.

I was wondering if the Town Board had actually encroached on private property.

Opening up the road on the lagoon side of Tres Cocos is fine as long as the plan is to pave and light it without too much delay. A dirt road there with lots of traffic won't work...the land is too low and soft in too many places.

If the road on the lagoon side of Tres Cocos is properly paved and lit it will allow the traditional road through Tres Cocos to be allowed to grow back to its old leafy state.

They just ripped some trees out with a backhoe to the right of the Police Hut by the Palapa Bar entrance. I don't what kind they were but the kids loved picking the fruit from them.
