If I have clothes (adult) and household goods (assorted) to donate, where would I do that? There's no Goodwill, Salvation Army, or the like in San Pedro, yet I know there are people in need. Do not want to put things in the trash that are still in good condition.

Thanks!

Mama Vilma's Home might be set up to take them now. I usually just donate to one of the used clothing stores. Also, the girl selling clothes behind Mickeys (in the back area) has started consigning clothes, which is a great idea smile

Thanks! I was thinking of one of the used clothing stores. Surprised there's not some sort of charity here with a storefront.

You can donate to Holy Cross School. They run a cheap sale once a month - raises money for the school and gets the clothes and items into the homes that need it the most. Call the office on 226-3456 for more information.

Thanks!

Made contact with Linda Carter at Holy Cross and will be taking the items to her for their sales. Thanks for the suggestion!
