After 4 1/2 years of hard work and a large personal monetary contribution, including a lot of sweat and tears, Wahoo Bob has deployed the first F.A.D. (fish aggregating device) off the coast of Tres Cocos. It was deployed yesterday afternoon (Sunday). Its about 10 miles out.If I didn't have eleven hundred Xmas lights on my verandah I could see it from here in the night.
After an inspection today Dorado were breeching in the vicinity.
I will post the GPS coordinates soon.
He told me but I spaced them.
Sorry
More coming in the near future.

Rick
This is the first F A D in Belize waters.
It probably cost, from start to finish, $20k usd.
This has nothing to do with inside the reef fishing.

Hey Bill
I get a lotta sun everyday.
Ask Mash how long it took them to fix the small barge that was dragged out to set this thing.
They were still welding on it tonight-48 hours later.

Its 9 miles east south east of Tres Cocos.
I can see the boats from here when its a north breeze and the reef is layed down.
