If it is the same place then the active ingredient in "OTC" is Oxytetracycline (39%)...I'll let you draw your own conclusions about health effects following ingestion...I suspect its so dilute at that point in a coconut its por nada. Besides it may cure you of a few things if youve been well, naughty.

They are fitted with a rubber stopper in the primer area. I assume they jammed in a drilled hole and the syringe is punched through the rubber stopper. The juice is held in place by the casing and the rubber stopper keeps it from leaking out.
