I have a question. . . . Is The Baker located next to Marina's? I think that is the name of the store at the turn-in to Xanadu. We went to this bakery (the one by Marina's) a couple of times, but there was very little to buy.
Thanks!

The Baker is south of Marina's about 1 block. They are slowly expanding their inventory and have nice tasty things to offer. Give them another chance. Nice people.

The owners are doing well enough to sell out much of the days goods early on. Emily and Dan are great people and far more enthusiastic than the previous owner...they will gladly hold an order for you.

The Baker under new management is going from strength to strength. Lovely people running it and they really care about their customers.

Too far South for anyone even slightly North of Town to visit just for bread - so lets hope they look to double their market with a Town/North of Town outlet.

They sell nice sandwiches in the $5 - $8 range, perfect for grab and go food, their coconut granola jam squares are yummy too and a good size for $2.50 bzd. Really nice people.

Phil, I spoke to the people at The Bakers. They say their bread is now available on Weds at The Greenhouse, so you can get your fix too.
