Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: Vigorous tropical wave affecting the area.
Advisories: *Small craft caution for gusty winds and locally rough seas near heavy showers and thunderstorms*
24-hour forecast: Cloudy with some showers, thunderstorms and periods of rain over most areas, especially north.
Winds: North - northwest 5 - 15 knots becoming southeast later today, increasing to 10-20 knots with higher gusts near showers or thunderstorms.
Marine Forecast: Today: Winds: N-NW 5-15 kt becmg se 10-20kt later today.; seas: Choppy-moderate.; waves: 3-6 ft.; some showers, thunderstorms and periods of rain. Outlook: Friday night:- winds: SE 10-20 kt and gusty.; seas: Moderate-rough.; waves: 4-7 ft.; some showers and thunderstorms.
