Minister Castro alleged procured Visas to Chinese nationals at $2000 a head

On Wednesday's newscast, we showed you a glimpse into the institutionalized visa hustling scheme. The man allegedly at the center of it is Minister of State Edmund Castro. He has been directly accused as the man who allegedly procured visas for Chinese nationals at two thousand dollars a head. It's a very lucrative business. Our source was the individual who contacted Castro, paid him the monies and delivered the passports to Immigration so the newly approved visas could be attached. Tonight, we have more on the scandal which reveals the corruption and hustling at the highest levels of the government. We start with an actual Chinese passport, which shows the brand new Belize Visa obtained in the hustle. This visa was issued in August 2013. We've concealed some of the information so our ongoing investigation is not compromised. But we can tell you that the Chinese national who got the visa is currently in Belize.
