Is anyone running any fitness work-out classes on the island over the winter season? I would be interested in joining up if so. We're down for a few weeks and don't want to let things slide over the holidays!
Miss Louise has a step aerobics class under Marin's restaurant Monday - Thursday at about 5, there's yoga at south point Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings and RandOM yoga is sunset and sunrise in the village.
I'll be in touch for sure Noelle. The yoga at Southpoint isn't starting until late January, which is after we leave. I've been working out for six months with an instructor and a one month break can undo all the benefits pretty quickly!
