I may be crazy but.... Wouldnt it ne a good idea to have a page dedicated to 2014 rentals that will be available for rent, avails 1-12 months, long term type stuff? It would be a great help. Even off this forum i stumble across folks doing the same thing we are.. Searching. Im sure that there are property, condo, apt ect owners out there who know when their properties would be available, im even willing to build a quick site for posts to be placed on, we could link it to here... Ideas? Sure beats the constant hunting, old classified. Ads and property managers that dont email you back.... Thoughts????
