I went up to the Lazy Crock for lunch the other day and met the new owner; Christiano. He told me they are now open Wednesday through Sunday and soon will be open 7 days a week. Then he is planning to open for breakfast.
He is keeping the same menu and even bought all the recipes. I will vouch for the mac & cheese! The pork ribs were more than I could eat but heated them for dinner and they were even better. Pepe approved of the bones.

I found Shaggy working in the Kitchen and Victoria still taking orders and serving food. GOOD JOB ALL!

Harriette - I think it's Vanessa doing the serving. smile. I agree that you've all got to make the trip north. The road is coming along, and we walk over from the beach side, too.

The "road" - I tried it yesterday and ended up with a flat tire. Scary and expensive and not worthy of this fine island.

On the other hand - the smell of smoked meats wafting on the air from the Lazy Croc was pure heaven.

I ate there twice a few weeks ago and it was great. Additional dining area; open more days of the week and of course we now have beach access. And yes, the mac & cheese, aah.

Why did you people have to talk about the Lazy Croc ? My mouth is watering
just thinking about the food.

We ate their last March for the first time and I believe that is the best BBQ I have ever eaten in my life. Side dishes are excellent. Staff , Fantastic.

Rebecca did an excellent blog on the "new" Croc just in the past week!

Miss it badly!
