Not much stuff for crafters - very limited supply of yarns etc.
Some acrylic paints at Caye Supplies, but again not much.
I tried to find artists paints in Chetumal recently and found just about nothing -- only a tiny selection of oils, no brushes, no acrylics, no canvas.
Perhaps this vacuum presents a business idea for somebody - methinks an arts and crafts store could work.

We have a good assortment of Acrylic Paints and some oils. Liquitex and Winsor & Newton.

Thanks! I'm planning on bringing as much yarn as I can and having friends who visit bring down anything else I need. Maybe a craft store wouldn't be such a bad business idea!
