Anyone paid their Trade License. Seems there is a $100 Admin fee this year that isn't mentioned/itemised on the Bill.

Don't necessarily have a problem with it but it is out of the blue (to me) and a hefty % increase for lower License fees although I have no clue what a lower or Upper fee is.

For the record I think to a certain extent Trade Licenses and especially Property Taxes are way too cheap at the higher end and SPTC a desperately need more funds to further improve the Caye.

Yes we have all been charged the $100 admin/application fee, plus the trade license fee.

The application fee was supposed to be paid back in November and the trade license fee was to be paid by December 31st.

I paid BZ$100 for each of the two licences. One for Trade and the other for the Restaurant.

Phil what did you pay for your Trade Licences?

Must have missed the notification on the application fee.

It was in the paper for a few weeks.

Although I agree that they are cheap unless they actually do something constructive with the Money throughout the community it is just a waste of money.

Curious what everyone is paying for their trade Licenses. Real estate companies are $2,500.00 BZD annually. what about your sector?

Rental Homes? restaurants? Stores, bars, property managers, etc.

My restaurant/trade was BZ$750 and liquor one was BZ$750 so I paid BZ$1,500. Very small restaurant 6 tables only open for dinner. (Tastes of Thailand)

I see not many people have answered the question of the cost of their Trade Licenses?

I wonder why.

Vacation rentals are $200 per bedroom.
