Hello, we are looking for someone that can help us to provide a beach type barbecue for a wedding dinner in March. My daughter is getting married on the beach at the Corona Del Mar and she would like a simple buffet style barbecue on the beach. She's thinking very simple, much like the public ones offered at Crazy Canucks, BC's etc..
The guest list is only about 30 or 40 people and would be around 5:30 in the evening on Friday March 14th. We are not sure if we should inquire with the Corona Del Mar folks or even Crazy Canucks (that's probably where everyone will end up after dinner) or how we should best go about this since we will need tables and chairs along the grilling, prep, etc....
