Can anyone that has lived on the island give me and my wife and idea of the better resorts to purchase a unit in?

We don't have millions to spend but one day want to make it our home but for now a vacation home and put it into a rental pool for when we are not there.

Do you like north or south of town, What size unit are you looking for (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms), Are you looking for a beachfront complex and finally what is your price range. There are many good complexes out there, the key is to find one that suites your needs and provides the amenities and services you are looking for. Some pre-construction projects may also be worth looking at depending on your timing.
