Ok, another anniversary dinner on the island. Chas was going to surprise me with Black Orchid, but they are closed tomorrow night. So is Casa Picassa. Any other ideas south?

Wouldn't mind a nice dinner up north either?

Thoughts and recommendations, please for tomorrow, Sunday night the 9th.

Thanks
Donna

Mambo at Matachica. They pick up from Fido's dock. Excellent food and romantic after dark.

We like Hidden Treasure. Good food and good people. We will be there for Dawn's birthday March 26th.

All of the above are of course, great. I'm glad I didn't see Coco Blanca(Coco Beach)mentioned. It's overpriced, the service poor but with an air of pretension and the food well below par.Other than that,it was great..
PS The restaurant is beautiful.

We ate at Coco Blanca last year for Valentine's and will never go back. 2 of our friends got really sick after eating the lobster bisque and one of the creme brulee's was undercooked (it looked like raw egg soup). Could have been a fluke, or just a busy night, but I don't think I'll take my chances there again.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. We kept running into either places that were closed or had no availability. In the end Debbie and Dennis here at Aqua Vista suggested Red Ginger. So several of us headed there and had a delicious dinner and a fun time. JudyAnn, yes he was certainly trying to make it a surprise! It was the thought that counts, hope to get down there before we leave.
