OP Marty	From Belmopan... 07:15 BZT The Radar is working again. . ...There is a fair amount of rain over the sea down south, but i think that is fading away as the sun warms the land and air. Belmopan had clear skies, no rain. . . . . . . .Notice that flair up over Guatamala over night.. .. .The ITCZ activity is strong in the Pacific near Panama.. . .. .Too early for that to be effecting us as yet, but it will get nearer to us over the next two months. Does not look like that cold front will have any effect on Belize. March can have some very hot days, but some of that influenced by ground fires in Guatamala.
